There are approximately 78,000 words in the Holy Quran. Out of these, 1200 words have been repeated over and over. These make up 86 % of the Holy Quran. Those who know Urdu already know 600 of these words. If they learn the remaining 600 words they will understand almost 86 % of Quranic Vocabulary.
This course builds students’ vocabulary using these “Frequently Used Words” and teaches them how to derive meaning from short Quranic phrases from day one.
The course is offered in real time, online, and in an interactive manner by qualified teachers that makes the learning experience very engaging.
Online tools such 5 min practice quizzes are provided to keep the students in touch with the course material though out the week.
Key Features
- Basic Level (Modules 1, 2 and 3) – teaches you 86 % of Quranic Vocabulary and 10 Quranic Phrases in each lesson.
- Advanced Level – Quranic Stories (Modules 4, 5, 6 and 7) – enables you to read and understand passages from the Holy Quran.
- Each Module has 16 lessons (of 90 mins each)
- Classes offered once or twice a week.
- NO HOMEWORK – which makes it suitable for professionals.
- After Advanced Level students are able to read and understand some Surahs of the Holy Quran without referring to translations.
- Recordings available in case you miss a class.
- It is NOT a course in Arabic Grammar.

Mafaheem-e-Quran (Urdu) – ADVANCED
A total of 64 lessons spanned over 4 modules (16 lessons per module). It takes the students through entire passages of the stories of the Prophets in the Quran. After completing this course, students are able to read and understand few complete Surahs, and many other passages of the Holy Quran without referring to translations.
